Good morning. Diet and body cleansing truly work wonders. A year ago, my daughter was diagnosed with stage 2 deep infiltrating endometriosis. She was prescribed hormone therapy – essentially artificial menopause. After two months, she stopped taking the hormones because she felt awful.
I searched everywhere for an alternative to the treatment offered by conventional medicine. We turned to an anti-inflammatory vegan diet combined with cleansing and juice only days (for seven weeks) along with herbal support. After six months, the endometriosis had reduced by half.
We then introduced parasite cleansing (a bioresonance scan detected a whole army of them) and continued with the anti-inflammatory vegan diet. One year after the diagnosis, the same doctor who had said the condition would worsen without hormones was stunned – there was no trace of the disease, and her periods are now pain-free.

I recommend it because it truly helps, healing yourself is possible. I was on a high-protein, high-fat diet for 15 years. I thought everything would be fine and that I would always be healthy. I didn’t eat fruit, only fat.

Hello. I would like to share the healing story of my three-year-old son from atopic dermatitis 🙂. Mr. Bartosz was my inspiration on this journey. I watched all of his videos on YouTube – such a wise man who truly knows what he’s talking about.
My son was in a terrible state, nothing was helping, and things were only getting worse. Doctors followed the same path over and over. Steroids, medications, and more medications, but his condition kept deteriorating.
I followed Mr. Bartosz’s advice: a diet rich in fruits and vegetables, mostly raw. And I didn’t have to wait long for the results 🙂. My son’s skin is now completely clear of any symptoms 🙂😍. It’s absolutely amazing.

The recipes are absolutely fantastic 🙂 The gingerbread is the best I’ve ever had. The tofu cheesecake gets better with each passing day – the only downside is how quickly it disappears 😉
Even my aunt, who’s a typical “meat lover,” was amazed by the celery-fish. She said, “This is good and really tastes like fish.”
Although the holidays are long gone, I still make the carrot “salmon” at least once a month.
I have quite a few cookbooks at home, but this is the one I cook from the most.

First of all, I want to thank you for this excellent guide. It contains truly valuable knowledge, though sadly still so rarely put into practice by most people.
I’ve always paid attention to what I eat and thought it was healthy, but after reading the course, I realized I had quite a few blind spots. I work in diagnostic imaging, and every day I see how people, young, middle-aged, and elderly, are suffering from a wide range of illnesses. It’s like an epidemic: pancreatic and liver diseases, diabetes, hypertension, MS, cancer, depression… and it’s heartbreaking to see how blindly people place all their trust in doctors.

A few years ago I became interested in health and came across this lifestyle online. There were many attempts, but despite everything, the changes made a big difference in my life. There were many changes, but I will share the most important one.
I gave birth to a healthy child. We tried to conceive for literally two weeks, even though I had struggled with irregular periods and ovarian cysts since my teenage years. Doctors did not believe I would ever get pregnant, and if I did, they thought I would not be able to carry the pregnancy to term.

Last year, I purchased the Self-Healing Guide. I applied about 70 percent of the healthy eating principles shared by Mr. Bartosz. What was the result? I lost around 17 kilograms, I feel significantly better, and I have much more energy.
I no longer eat meat, cold cuts, dairy, or gluten-containing products. I bake my own bread using buckwheat groats. I avoid complex sugars and any foods containing added sugar. I read every ingredient list carefully. The only exception I still make is egg yolks but even those I plan to eliminate with time.
All of this has been possible thanks to the Self-Healing Course, which presents the principles of proper nutrition in a simple and accessible way.
