I own all their other cookbooks  but this food is something else. It’s light, flavorful, and energizing. That’s why I was so excited for the Lunches & Dinners ebook. I especially missed their salads!
The Mexican Power Bowl, the fresh salad with Italian dressing, the shepherd’s pie with pesto, and the Dan Dan noodles – all fantastic.
Also: the homemade mayo is phenomenal.
